Tip: Don't hang your goggles on the rear rack when you leave your bike locked up.

Not because anyone will pinch them. What will happen is that you will forget all about them for about a mile, until you are on the road shared with the tram at which point you will hear something fall.

You will glance behind you and see that the goggles are lying perfectly across the tram rail.

You are of course already aware that there is a tram 50 yards behind and closing....

My specs snapped in half whilst getting changed. Spent half the day in meetings and could hardly see anyone, then the rest of the day in the office with my sighted cycling glasses on. Bugger !

Needed both this morning. Spitting slightly at 7am, which turned into torrential horizontal rain + headwind 10 mins later (or at least that's what it felt like).
