Has anyone actually managed to speak to a real person at Tmobile help?
I've spent the last half hour scouring their website for a number that doesn't lead me to a fully automated service or give me a mesaage saying, "this line is currently having queues of more than five minutes, your call will now be disconnected."
I can't even find an option to email them, is it just me being stupid, or is their service absolute toss?
Help me please before I end up stabbing my laptop.
