Dont really agree with the first point but definitely agree with the second one

We stayed a night in a b&b in north Wales that had them.
First thing we bought when we got home. Early 70s.

Busby used to do that. He didn't like it when I was using the hose and would try to bite off whatever attachment was fitted at the time.Vacuuming is horrendous. For me it means constantly tripping over the flex and having a yapping dog trying to bite the machine as i push it around.
Not helpful but made the job entertaining, especially if he succeeded and I then had to chase him round to get it back.

I used to do a lot more house work but my SO stopped me from doing it saying Indo not do it properly. I think it's more the fact that she doesn't want me to encroach on her work or I will figure out how easy it all is.
I hoover up though but even that will soon be automated with one of those robot Hoover's. I can just see it now: the SO will ask me to pop out for some errands but I will have to inform her that "i" am hoovering.

I remember my mum many years ago vacuuming the bedroom.
We had a collie dog with big fluffy tail. The brush bar of the Hoover caught a strand of the dogs tail and once the strand was caught it took the whole dogs tail into the Hoover. Mum went into a blind panic as well as the dog. The dog started running round yelping as the Hoover tried to eat her tail whilst my mum tried to switch it off. We had to cut all the fur off the dogs tail to get the Hoover off as it was well and truly wrapping round the brush bar. The poor dog was just left with a few sprigs of fur in the end of her tail and look a right sorry sight :-) :-)

All beds changed today (ours and both bairns).....don’t know what all the fuss is about. Your cant beat getting into a bed with fresh sheets.
Now, dishes.....nopety nope. I have an unwritten agreement with Mrs Pie; she takes care of the dishes and I do the vacuuming & floor washing.
