I've been trying to break 200 in a weeks commuting. But a little by too much ATM.

I'm surprised your commute doesn't add up to that? Mine is a little over that if I do all 5 days.

it's about 150 - 170 atm depending on the route. but bumping it up is quite hard as i already take a deviated route to work. I've started to do laps of either regents park or hyde park to bump it up a bit.

Is this a 100 miles in a week? Count me in - 5 days last week was 135. Most weeks I only do 4 as I occasionally work in another office, but that's still 108. Hopefully moving house in the new year, which will push the round trip up to 35 a day
