Not the weather, that's just grand.

I got given five Scotch Bonnet Chillies and a recipe for spaghetti with anchovies and one of these chillies.

I've just tried it out and my mouth hurts
I'm currently gargling with a glass of milk while thinking what else to eat instead.

It does taste very good though, I'll maybe have a go next time using less than half a chilli.

How hot do you like it?

Vindaloo or Shepherds Pie?

Shepherds pie for me. Going out for curry I always opt for pasanda or korma or something like that - nice flavours, very little heat. I'm afraid if it's too hot, I just stop enjoying it.

A lassi is good for too much heat - easy to make if you have milk, yoghurt and maybe some mango purree (or mango smoothie, I suppose)
