make sure your cleats are screwed in tight before you set off tomorrow.

Nearly had a very bad clilpless moment. thankfully my neighbours wall was there to break my fall when i couldn't get my foot off the pedal ... awkward! LOL

o the shame of walking to my front door with only one shoe. Also, its quite hard to get your cleat off a pedal when you've lost a screw and the shoe just turns round. LOL

... and no, i didn't think to just unclip my other foot... that would be too simple. i chose to fall into the wall in panic instead.
