Smash the cistern
I think it's maybe something to do with not being allowed to market sugary foods to kids any more. You can't, for example, advertise sweets during children's telly these days.

Bloody health and safety gone mad, making kids eat healthily, stopping obesity, slowing diabetes... when will it end?
 
So this reminded me of a mock add from some British comedy from the 70s or 80s. I'd guess The Goodies ad break.

It was for a cereal called Plastic Spacemen - to be clear, the cereal was plastic toys which are seen being poured into a bowl and smothered with milk. The box boasted a "free gift", that turned out to be a cornflake.

I couldn't find it on youtube, but searching for it uncovered these two beauties.

In one of the cereals they did a series of glow in the dark spooky things. I can remember finding a glow in the dark grand father clock in mine.
