Mine are all rusty. I'm planning to get the frame powder coated sometime soon, and it seems a shame to rebuild it afterwards with nasty rusty tracknuts.

Where can I get new nuts that won't rust in the salty winter grunge? Black would be perfect; stainless steel perhaps otherwise.

They're Formula hubs, so (I think) are 3/8" (I'll check later).

I don't mind at all, Solty.

I get it done by Neil Hutchinson ("Hutchcoat") at Ganthorpe, Terrington. He charges about £30 to bead blast and powder coat in a single colour. He does a nice job, including masking off bits that should be masked off and re-tapping threaded holes.

It doesn't hurt that he's just up the road from me either.

That's very reasonable - I've been quoted £100 plus down here in the South East.
