i am about as far from being an expert as it's possible to get, but I see little reason why not - trailers are attached to all sorts of bikes, small, large, folding, different wheel sizes, etc etc. You may encounter some issues getting an appropriate hitch set-up initially, but there again, maybe not. Maybe post the same Q in the e-bike section?
