Last year at this time we were forced to cancel a Big Trip to Canada to see D1. Arrangements simply rolled forward for a year with no fees.
Xmas: Full refund on Xmas New Year in Madeira cancelled because of lockdown.
Today: Balance due on this year's trip. 5 min phone call. All cancelled and 100% of deposit money banked with them for use against any future trips. (We could have simply cancelled but might have lost some of the reservation fees paid out on our behalf)
