Trek 1.2 purchased and loving it...

So... Went into trek store in mk to browse the bikes and walked out with a shiny new trek 1.2. You know when you walk out and think "did I just but this".

So far taken the blue machine five times and am in love with how smooth and easy to ride. I have changed the stock thingy (technical term) that holds on the bars to a short one which is a little bit higher as it seemed to make my wrist hurt and am now loving the cycling.

The old trek hybrid may gather some cobwebs over the next few weeks.... Now to gradually introduce to the house so the wife thinks it has always been there...

Nice bike steven I asked myself the same question 'did I really just spend all that money on a bike' when I got my specialized allez elite...am still loving it and soooooo glad I got it

It's taking a bit to get used to as the hybrid was sit up and the new roadie more leaning over, the ride is greatly improved by changing the handlebar thingy (the bit that holds the handlebars to the post) as the first couple of times out my wrist hurt... Doing the London to Brighton tomorrow so really looking forward to it even though it is going to rain

And is anyone willing to backup my excuse? May need to take a call from them wife to make work...

august 2011 i rode my jiant rome2 to m.steels newcastle for a new set of tires to do the c2c with and came home with a silver2.3 reduced from 1200 ti 850 lol still me fav bike. hope yi enjoy yours as much as i do.
