Trek Madone 4.5 for £1500

I've been contemplating a bike upgrade for a few weeks having really got into cycling over the last year and upping my miles and speed. I'm on a Specialized Secteur 2013 triple, bought last year at £725 brand new. I think I have fallen in love with the Trek Madone 4.5 but don't tell the wife. Having done a bit of research I see one of the bike shops in Belfast is selling them at £1500 which is the lowest I've seen. My question is will prices drop when new models come out soon and is it worth waiting or does £1500 seem fair for this great bike?

Great bike at a great price- list is £2k. Trek World was last week at Silverstone- the new 4 series Madone is getting some of the aero features from the 5 & 6 series, plus Project One personalisation options (paint, group, wheels...). The 4.5 will have 11-speed Ultegra, spec seems otherwise identical. List price, you've guessed it, £2k. Unless you're that bothered about the aero, I'd say go for the 2013.

Seen the same bike at £1500 at Pedal Revolution in Norwich. Chappy was extolling its virtues when we popped in to see just how much saving I need to do for a new bike.
