After a horrible crash my Scott Addict has been out order.

I am still ok though. Its just the frame is completely useless.

I was looking all new bikes mainly Trek and Cannondale .

Then it strike it me if I could build a Trek Domane Koppenberg edition.

The frame I found is in immaculate condition with nearly 3000 km from scratch.

No dents no crashes nothing.

I was looking into fitting i Trek a spare complete Ultegra R8000 Groupset with Campanoglo Shamal weels.

Is it logical to do such a thing taking into consideration that Trek frame was bought in 2016 or should I look after a new bike with all the goodies on it?

Please share your thoughts and feedback on this.!

Thank you

Sounds like a plan. How much is the frame? Shouldn’t be a problem being 6 years old if in good order. Should you buy new? That’s up to you really, depending on what you want and your budgetary constraints.

Hi, thanks for your reply.
The guy is asking for 1000 euros for the frame & Bontrager xxx stem and 42 cm handlebar.
I don't have any strict budget constraints my only step back is that the frame is 6 years old.

you can check some photos of the frame here.
