Size large ...not going to win any beauty contests but does the job.Its a triple 8 speed I recently put all new inner and outer cables,new wheels and tyres.Tyres cost me 50 quid ish on their own.Specialized flak jacket.Frame is marked and scratched as used for my everyday bike whilst commuting.
Pick up is in Blackpool or poss delivery local ish.

i would have ditched the frame , used the forks and other bits for something i have planned but i bit far i think

Yes, a bargain. And it would probably fit me. And the Blackpool area isn't too far away...

BUT, I have enough bikes for now - I'll leave it to someone who actually needs it!

I have one of these (well, a 500SE actually, I think this is the 500, looking at the hoods).

These are very fast indeed. All the magazine reviewers raved about them.

Mmm....weirdly it was always faster on the way home from work rather than going to 😁
Not the original hoods as they were knackered...pretty sure they were blue.Its no great bike but good enough to get you about.I could probably sell the wheels and tires for more but thought I'd give it a go as a complete bike.Worse case scenario is my son will take/use it and give it me back when it's done for ! My single speed was his last choice for a durability contest !

Fooled me there with the replacement hoods I should have realized from the Microshift derailleur.

I did my first London Surrey 100 on mine, plus the ride to and from Beckenham before and afterwards. Absolutely perfect for that.
