Triban RC120 Disc Road Bike..

I was just wondering if anyone has the Triban RC120 Disc Road Bike?

I am applying for the Pan Celtic Race next year. More to support the cause than race. It is maybe starting in St Malo, Brittany.

I see there is a Decathlon there and thought it may be fun buying a bike and using that and donating it to a worthy cause when I finish. Its cheaper than flying the bike all over the place.

I just need some info if someone has bought one.

Agreed I'd want a different saddle and perhaps another layer of bar tape!

The report of the wheels and tyres being difficult is for the 520 not the 120 I think. Something to do with the tubeless tape. I don't think the 120 has tubeless ready wheels.

I will take my own saddle and pedals with me and will have a few days to fettle with it. I have 8 bikes and am used to riding in different positions. I will be taking it pretty easy. I will take my Tailfin rack and lights. Basically all my gear except the bike.

Yes I looked at them before posting. Most are old. I would like to find someone who has new model.

I would recommend you try one first as I had one
And had to sell it as the disc brakes where worse
than the rim brakes on my other bikes in fact they

What disc brakes was the bike fitted with?

Promax DSK-300R disc brakes.
