Naming developments is a challenge for the marketing departments and their creative agencies, who command handsome fees for pulling the lever on the one-armed-bandit-of-development-naming, coming up with a permutation of [former use of land/local landmark/local dignatory] [some noun based on the site layout], then retire to the pub with the satisfaction of a job well done
