Tricycle rear wheel get loose constantly

Hello I own a miami sun electric tricycle, the nut of the rear wheel get loose all the time after few minutes of riding.
i removed the axel and changed the nut from left to right tire but stil getting loose.
can anybody tellme what is the problem?

Difficult to diagnose at a distance. Long shot it's the wrong size nut, does it feel loose on the thread?
Sun are still around so I should give them a call or email, I'm sure they can give you the answer.

I had the same on a recumbent trike. A drop of semi permanent Loctite cured it.

Yep, we need a clear non blurred close up photo showing the nut in position and removed so we can see any threads, washers etc on axle and nut.
