Trouble buying trousers???

Read this and weep.

I was 28 inch waist until I was about 45 and was comfortably developing a slight middle aged spread and moving up the waist numbers when some b@st@rd introduced me to cycling. Three months later I was back down to 28 inches and guess what; they don't even try to make 28 inch waist trousers for men any more.

It's been years since I've had a pair of trousers which even vaguely fitted.

Suffering. You don't know the meaning of the word

I don't think people will weep tears of envy. ;)

34" waist 36" inside leg - a trouser wasteland. I once tried on a pair of jeans in Gap that were too tight round the waist and had too long a leg. Who the hell were they for?
