hohummmmmmmmm.. . . makes no mention at all if this is available on NHS . .
most male 'afflictions' are poorly serviced in contrast to women's . .

stuffs you up for competitive sport tho' don't it ???;)
but yes I'd try it... if anyone takes the Trib Terr tablets by the way are throwing money down the drain... no evidence at all that they work...

As a fairly active fifty year old, this is the first time I've heared of this.

I've been taking 5-HTP for several years, and to keep my spirits up even higher, I post advice for younger cyclists on CycleChat, and wait for the younger posters to argue.

Works for me.

TRT has actually been around for a while now. As well as the 'performance' benefits, it has been used by 'yuppies' to improve confidence, aggression (in the boardroom) and overall success. For most active men it shouldn't be necessary as exercise promotes testosterone secretion anyway.

Not too sure how you'd fare competition-wise as the dose is actually fairly small. However, as it is a synthetic hormone it would probably show up on dope tests and get you a ban - worth further research ;)
