That style looks like a cruiser type with the fake tank, carrier, high bars, fat tyres and coaster brake. Are you in the States?
Wheels look smaller than 26", maybe 24" so could be a youths size. No real expert on these but possibly 60's.
Poor condition so no real value to it I'm afraid.

It's a Royce Union. They're cheap bikes now and probably were when this was made. It's worth hardly anything.

A Royce Union like this was my first bike (I remember training wheels on it). Purchased around 1964 at Western Auto in U.S. They were cheap kids bikes, but were perfect to learn on. We used to turn our bikes upside down, turn the cranks hard, pour dry dirt down the fenders, and watch clouds shoot out.
