Tubes and Cameras

I seem to have problems with Continental inner tubes. Had a slow puncture on one last night and had to replace it with an old "bombproof" slime tube. Am currently running Schwalbe Durano tyres (only 2 weeks old) and couldn't find any glass or cuts. Checked my rim tape too - no obvious sharp edges. So....I'm presuming the problem was a faulty valve. I've had issues with these on Continentals before. What tubes are the recommended choice of people on here?

Also I notice that Amazon are selling the GoPro HD Motorsports Cam for a touch over £150. Is it worth it? Sounds like a bargain to me? I know there's a version 2 out - but all I want it for is to record my commute journeys!

I have never had a valve problem with my Conti inner tubes but I did have one problem with a Schwalbe inner tube valve, I assume it is just a bit of bad luck.

You probably better off buying Contour 1080p or better still a Contour Roam.

I've never really given tubes any thought wrt buying a particular brand. as mentioned this was probably just bad luck.

OK - was trying to ditch the slime tubes. I notice Lidl are selling inner tubes tomorrow? Are they any good or just of "get you home" use?
