Good Moaning All,

Busy day today - lots of (virtual) meetings and a trip to the medical centre to get a steroid injection to see if it make any difference to my arthritic hip joint. Let's see if the drugs work. Then pack a bag for a finance conference on Weds and Thurs - it's only up in London but am staying over so I can join the drinking (billed as networking and team building).

Just finished writing up some ISO guff so ready for a brew now.
Supposedly taking the youngest grandchild fishing later but only surface floaters for Carp, I can't be fussed lugging a full set of gear about for an hour on the bank.

Probably invented to upset the Italians who chuck wobblies when it comes the mere faint notion to pineapple on pizza. I can't think why because the citrus of pineapple cuts through the richness of say peperoni.

Afternoon.It’s been an absolute scorcher so far here in North Yorkshire. So it was a rather warm stroll with Bertie during which one Roe deer and several dozen Pheasant were flushed out. Went for a ride as it looks like it’s going to be persisting it down all day tomorrow.

Evening folks,
Busy day in the orifice after too early a start. Warm here in west Oxfordshire, went for a stroll up Burford high street and across some fields to build up an appetite. Then had a pie and a pint in a hostelry. More orifice based shenanigans before heading home tomorrow.
Bike rack I made to go in the car works well, 3 bikes in upright with front wheels and seatposts removed using fork clamps and still have room for luggage and 3 adults. Off to Italy next week to do the Eroica with the lad and some friends, should be a crack.

Cracking day on the bike, 75 miles from Sunderland to Beadnell in great weather. Couple of pints and plenty of food at the pub. Tomorrow we ride for home. Unfortunately weather doesn't look so good!
