early (slightly cooler) hound walk, which meant I didn’t meet anyone thankfully as I had a meeting with a tree last night whilst out on the fun bike.

Enough cuts and scratches on the face and legs to make shaving a challenge just before I got to Italy on holiday 😂

Meant to be doing hill repeats later, think it will be a challenge

I had a collision with a big clump of brambles yesterday, surprisingly not too many scratches after picking out the thorns! Holes in my good bib shorts though!
