Milder and breezier up here, but looking fairly bright.
A trip south to the land of industrial smog and old age brain fog: trying to get Virgin media to understand the correlation between their service going down and my mother coincidentally sitting confused in the dark.

Good luck with that one. I would install user friendly, non age discriminatory strings and tins.

Bright start again. Due to be mixed today. It's not epic and it's definitely not Gilgamesh.

Tinkering stuff today. Might roll into town to get some supplies from the general store dagnabbit.

First: coffee

Meh weather here, thankfully not damp.

Man flu will negatively impact today’s training which is rubbish

Bright for now (the weather, not me). Ride with friends down to Exmuff to try a new place for breakfast (confirmed gluten-free option for coeliac friend). A bit of work later to prep for a residential course.

Coffee (50% espresso, 50% decaf).

HR x 2 - (HR x 0.5) ?

Interesting: let's unpack that a little further.
Is that 2 coffees one of each or a single coffee blended to give full taste with reduced caffeine?

he's made a fundamental error, the set of all possible coffees has no intersection with the set of decaffeinated beverages, they are disjoint

Not a bad sleep ast night considering that the snot monster has well and truly got me. I guess the vino after setting a couple of new pb lap times helped fight it off a bit.

Currently trying not to give anyone else the lergy by wfh until Thursday.

Its very bright and sunny but with 40mph winds so ride a bike outside might be a no,no. Took young Bertie for a walk and tried to teach him how to walk on the with limited success. It might be a long process.

Even with Lavazzo Dek, I still miss the flavour oomph that I need in the morning (sorry to use technical terms), and I'm too much of a tightwad to spend a fortune on coffee (with apologies to the coffee aficionados here).

Once upon a time, Carwardines did a good decaf bean - IIRC it was £15 for 3 or 5kg - but that was 1985.

tl;dr I'm a coffee heathen. Sorry.
