Ta - the materials wouldn't be expensive and it would probably make sense if we were converting it now, but as we inherited it already converted, painted and wired, then ripping out what's there to out some insulation behind it and put it all back would very likely not pay itself back. (There may already be some celotex behind what's there, not sure).

The electric bills for Mrs 666s and juniors infra red sauna cost way more as they use that all year round 😳

i went to all the effort of making a relevant yet tasteless joke, and whooooosh

just received another email from hmrc offering to help me pay my tax bill, yet on examination i find that they're not offering to help with even a single penny towards it

what snow settled has now melted

more coffee

My little puppy is at the vets having her lady bits taken out today, hopefully her randy blanket humping will stop after this and she'll also be allowed at dogotels.
Can't currently decide weather to start a new piece of work or peruse some flight options.

There was a joke in there?

That reminds me, need to finish off my tax return and will need to pay his majesty's highwaymen at the end of the month.

Meh, crisp couple of walks with the hounds and lots of meetings.

Later is undecided, see if I’m allowed out of the dog house or stay in my office and look at Rightmove

just had his majesty's robbing cumbergrounds try to tax me again for 23-24, turns out they did 'simple assessment' on me, even though i'm on "self assessment", and the two don't talk to each other

so the simpleton made up some silly numbers and sent me a demand, which is now being cancelled

nice to know our taxes are being spent on such an efficient operation

I see on a regular professional basis the inefficiency in His Majestys Legalised Highwaymen operation, although tbf they've not given me any grief on my personal tax returns. Like you said recently though, it's a bit depressing seeing near on half of what you earn going straight out the door every month - and then they want a top up in January 😕
