Morning

Lovely start to the day. A mixture of sun and showers forecast though.
Proper April weather it seems.

Must get my act together and do stuff.

More coffee first.

Morning.
Bright and sunny....but for how long? Even Carole doesn't know.
First time driving in rush hour traffic for 8 months! Now I know why I used to cycle to work. Not going to happen for a while.
Coffee (in mug)
Teams meetings (blah!)
Laters

Good grief! Half a day of tiresome admin and jiggling calendars and booking freelancers and I got absolutely nothing useful done. When I go back full time I expect I'll get 2x absolutely nothing useful done!
No wonder the woman who was fielding my emails over the last 8 months was so happy I'm back...

Dontcha jest lurve the corporate life? Is why I ditched that world and became a self employed gardener. Ok, I had paid off the mortgage and banked some £ but hey enough was enough. Especially as head honcho was a total psycho.

Anyway a non alien sun has been shining, I've been garden fettling, and now have legs feeling well jeffed, again. First coldie opened. More please, sun and coldies.

Afternoon
Now back home in North Yorkshire. Did a food shop on the way home and once that was in the fridge/ cupboard. I went for a bike ride, chanced bare arms and it was just bearable.

Got distracted by work stuff this morning and didn't post - doh. Busy day back after the 4 day break, will have a glass of plonk when I land home, but as it's nice and sunny may take the scenic route back from the 'burbs in The Panzer.

Well, that's cheered me up... me being an influencer and all that, I thought that if I didn't meet the $25 minimum payment for 28 days from FB, it got lost, but it seems they just save it up to the next month... so I've got $41.43 for Feb & March, for photos of Devon on my French page. I'm up to 522k views on the rolling 28-day count, so April should be better, if not as good as my snowy Christmas. Riches beyond my wildest dreams.

Still, it justifies putting the drone and maybe a new camera as tax deductible.

Garden day as sunny, bikes washed, fallen tree sectioned OH planted strawberries and other stuff, lamb curry and black rice now eaten, ready to doze on sofa.
