Back from a weekend away in Anglseyshire so recovering.
Had a good ride there yesterday, 60km over some nice rolling terrain and little to no traffic and wearing shorts!
Currently hydrating with tea and coffee but have a busy week ahead.

Up and out for a physio appointment where I was given more 'homework' in the form of stretchy exercises, then back home via post office. Into the usual round of Team meetings shortly, yawn.

Morning. Day of being busy and feeling suitably peeved. Ripped off by Groupon for dodgy software that doesn't work and Paypal won't cough up either. Conversation to be had later. Pedalled in and strava gave me the straight line of death and some smidsy missed the multiple lights and proviz jacket. Luckily only damage is his bonnet and pride, suggested he goes to specsavers. 🤔 Suspect the law will catch up with him at some stage as he smelt funny. Silly twenty wanted me to pay for the damaged bonnet. He was told to cough and suggested he open his eyes. Roll on 2

Afternoon.
Sun’s out but everything is p!ss wet. Got a bit damp walking Bertie as it decided to rain despite the forecast saying it would be dry. So it will be the turbo later.

overtime last night so nearly 3 am before i got to bed then woke up at 8 am as i had to be up for a phone call from the doctors , spent the rest of the morning vegging on the sofa .
Very tired and looking like more overtime tonight , tomorrow i have to take mrs ck for a hospital appointment in the morning so no rest again .
