and if you can't get to Warrington, my OH works in Warrington and his family are over in Failsworth if you don't mind leaving it with us for a few weeks until our next visit (due before the end of June because of a family 18th birthday)

What (I think) she means is, if you want to collect it from Failsworth she will arrange her husband to collect it from Cyclist33 in Warrington, as he works in Warrington and Cyclist33 is based in Warrington. Then they will keep hold of it for you and when she and her husband are next in Failsworth visiting family she will bring it with her, where you can then collect it from her. This may incur a delay of a couple of weeks (until the ~end of June) as she won't be visiting until then.

If this is to your liking, I would vouch for her as to being trustworthy having met her and her husband for a transaction previously!
