I bought a turbo trainer off a member in Halifax.I want to tell him and all of you.How superb it is,It is set up in the conservatory.It whistles away as i ride it.Me and my music just pass time together.After my bike,this is the best bit of kit i have ever bought.The work out is great.I am going to be way ahead in fitness next year.Very soon i might find a day to celebrate my Prostate recovery,with a Pie Ride.Thanks Steve.

Excellent. I don't understand why Turbo Trainers get such a bad reputation. With the right state of mind they are an excellent substitute when getting out on the roads is not possible for whatever reason.
