i saved two penalties in a cup game once, then a subsitute came on and broke my leg.. i wonder what his coach told him on the side before he came on. Have never played the game since

I was fouled in a cup match at university and broke my collar bone. The opposition were the medical students.

We did have one year though when we were in the same league as the Turkish, Iraqi, Greek and Iranian student teams.

What a fun year that was! It made Zidane's head butt on Materazzi look like a pre match warm up. Eight matches of fighting, kicking, spitting and scratching. I bet most of them are lawyers and bankers now.

Not sure how bad it is, tendons are making some popping sounds when I move my ankle, everything is crunching haha

I have a Giant Fluid type T.T. and it is boring as hell, even though I am on it for only 20 minutes, the work out is good and I sweat like hell, but at the end of the day I prefer the open road.

I fully agree about some of the nutters playing in local leagues. Some of them do want locking up.

The smaller of the two bones is snapped clean in half, so I'm not cycling for a while.

Anyway.

I am thinking of buying a turbo trainer, but don't want to spend loads of cash.

I've had a look on eBay and seen a few approx £40 - £60. As a social cyclist, thats about as much as I'd be willing to pay.

Based on that, could anybody recommend what model I should be looking at?

So boring on my TT

In the shed I have an old TV connected to the kids Wii ( not been used in three years) and use that for Youtube work outs LIKE THIS ONE.

Its nothing like being out and about, but you get a sweat on and its out of the wind
