Two 12 milers in a day!

I'm about 3 weeks in and I've done two 12 mile journeys today.

Really pleased but I daresay I'll feel it tomorrow!

Feeling it today! Probably a good day to take as a rest day....

Keep it up, but get plenty of rest between; that's when your body adapts.

Before long, you'll be ready for a day in the saddle.

Good idea to put in X2 rides in a day occasionally, with rest in between.
