Riding behind someone today on the A23 at streaham next to the sainsburys. He is using what looked like Looks and he was trying to track stand, it all went a bit wrong and over he went. Although he was going down, he managed to get his hand on the ground and save him from falling before getting his foot out and standing up. Very nice if that was you.

Latter on in Brixton, a fixie was trackstanding with mtb cleats, not sure what pedals. but he was doing alright, till all of a sudden he just goes over. he hit the deck hard and kicked his bike away. i asked if he was alright but didn't get a response, and the BTP car behind gave him a toot but no response. i was cycling with him through brixton and he seamed fine.

He seemed like he was too embarassed to acknowledge you or the BTP, and was then riding with wounded pride, all the more acute as he had the indignity of not escaping you through Brixton.

Normally around 7.40 - 8am today it was like 9-9.10 as my alarm didn't go off.

It was pretty snarled up, he wasn't going anywhere quick, and as soon as we got passed the traffic i was off and left him behind, he did take me later as i had to slow down for traffic and a left turning van.
