The same one rolled out by Boris at the start of this month. Only the picture of him with a bike at the side of the skip lorry has been replaced/ Defective rear wheels in the picture used. No skip and the left rear rims were almost touching the ground. Brilliant start to his campaign!

There was talk on the local news of giving HGV's a route to take to sites that had the least left hand turns .
