Upgrading the Defy

I am currently undecided between a Defy advanced 2 or 3 2012 model, 500 quid in it, is it worth the extra notes for the 2?? That's another story!!

But my main reason for starting this particular post is - I currently have a standard 2011 Defy 3 and want to upgrade - do I slowly change out parts for better or try and find a 2011 Defy 2??
The frames (apart from the obvious colour!!) are exactly the same but a change of wheels and groupset could be costly in comparison but would it be worth it??

Ash cycles were doing the 2011 range of defy with big discounts, all sizes, well they did last wek when i was looking

I got a Defy 2 2012 from Ash cycles for £640 just before Christmas. Contact them and see if they will do you a deal.
