Getting rid of the cantis and putting in V brakes (probably Deore MTB ones with koolstops), changing the cheapy 30 quid BB by FSA for a Hope ceramic bearing one as it will a) be a smoother ride and 
will last longer.

Reason for the brake change is simply because the cantis on there rub against the pannier bags. Vs also tend to be more solid in my experience.

Only had the bike 18 months and its pretty much been re-imagined into some superbike.
