uploading from garmin to strava ?

how du do it?the garmin has data and im on garmin connect site so its all working proper ,i just dont know how to send to strava

You have to join up to the Strava site http://www.strava.com/ and upload your data like you would on Garmin connect

im on strava being using my iphone ,so what ur saying is open the strava site and do it through there?

If you have saved all your data on your I phone upload it to strava I use both sites. If you are talking about transferring data between sites not sure that can happen.

dont know about strava bu uploading to endomondo from my garmin 800 is easy peesy

If you upload to garmin connect from your device you export the ride as a tcx file then upload to strava.

I simply log into strava and click the upload button when my Garmin device is connected via the usb cable.

Each to their own methods... I was uploading to Garmin, Strava, mycyclinglog and BikeRadar Training which is where exporting it as a tcx and renaming it came to be the best as I had my own copy in case the unit's file got corrupted.
