Van Drivers - Speed

Nope not excessive speed, but drugs.

Chatting to a mate of mine tonight who had done some van driving in the past, and he mentioned a lot of van drivers (i.e. transit sized - not time regulated HGV/larger goods vehicles with tacho's) regularly take speed to see them through long shifts, especially towards the end of the week.

He explained the aggressive behaviour you may see towards the end of a week....

How it came up.....we were talking about how knackered we were after the 'scout's weekend' - many of us struggled driving home we were that tired....

Shocking isn't it...........but not surprising.....

I went to Forest Town track a while back, and we parked a few spaces down from these people in a van. I looked at them then spoke to mum then went to get out the car. Looked across and they had a toy gun and was shooting it at me.
I looked at mum, laughed then the guy said
"sorry, we werent shooting it really at you, its just a play gun"
he seemed very very spaced out/drunk.
He then drove off

Maybe it's to pick them up from all the skunk they smoke for breakfast.
