I've always thought that a vegetarian diet would be easy to adopt to but I'm not ethical enough to adopt a vegan lifestyle.

You don't have to be 'ethical' to go vegan. When I first did it, it was to impress a girl. It worked...

Since the first proteins started replicating, life has had an equal amount of time to evolve. If a species hasn't got the gumption to evolve to the point where some animal's eating an MnG with chips, then they deserve to be eaten!
