Just a shame Velo Birmingham and RideLondon seem to be the only ones on the calendar.

Don't forget the Tour of Cambridgeshire - that's the only other closed road one in England (to my knowledge). Okay, this year's ride was a bit chaotic with limited supplies at the pit stops, but in previous years their organisation has been a lot better than that. And if you follow them on Twitter, there's almost always some sort of discount code floating around to get the price down to something more reasonable - I got in this year for well under £60 for example (would have to look through old e-mails to find exact price).

Doing the replacement Sportive they put in place, Velo29. Doing the medium route (75 miles 6k ft climbing).

Not a closed road event but will be very challenging for me I think.

And yes, I should be sleeping now.
