VHC & RC and NCVCCC - do they still exist

A month or so ago, I sent of cheques and membership forms for the VETERAN HISTORICAL CYCLING & RACING CLUB and the
NORTHERN COUNTIES VETERAN & CLASSIC CYCLE CLUB.

As yet, I have had no response from either club.

Are these genuine cycling clubs or have I lost my money ?
