Hello,
The bike is assembled and hot to trot! Its been ready for a few days, but I've just moved to Trafford and been a bit too busy to get pics. But I finally got some here. The bike is a little muddy as I took it out on last nights critical mass, got lots of nice comments!

The restored steed:

I feel its more of a target now, so I decided to invest in some proper security:

However, I need to attach it somehow - so I permanently bolted a ladies handbag to the front rack - works amazing

I love the decals on the mudguards

Thats funny, I saw your pics when I was researching the bike. There really seems to be little about this bike online.

This is the only place I could find them:

Do post pics if you get started on it!! Its a great city bike, so glad I did not dump it for a trek!

Have yet to find an Atlantic decal, but you may notice the left side of the frame has a space, so when I see it, its not too late to add it.

Recently noticed, my Pannier racks are wonky in the photos - that's been sorted.

It won't happen right away as I'm struggling for motivation at the moment and I want to tidy my Batavus up first.

Did you ever finish?

I found one in a charity shop last week and love it, I bought with the intention of restoration but I think it is just too good to mess with yet, so have treated it to two new tyres and will ride as is, for this year at least.
Photos to come when I have been on the forum long enough to be allowed to post.

Mine's is still awaiting restoration. I must do something with it. I like 3 speed roadsters.

Only £70! And that is for frame, forks, chain guard (bronze-ish), handlebars, front+back pannier racks and mud guards (ivory white). I never had time to ask if he remembered your BSA, but I will ask on Friday.

This is getting a bit nerdy, but I got some extra white backed decals in addition to the gold backed decals today - for both the white mud guards.

where did you get these from?
I am just starting to restore a Vindec, would love to finish off the bike with some of these?
