no but I know that every medal winner undergoes doping control.

But he didn't win a medal at the first event according to you,

Just to be clear, I believe the top flight cyclists are some of the best athletes in the world & put many other of the other top professional so called athletes to shame, but their predecessors weren't, it's a long road & they have to be squeakier than squeaky clean, unfortunately it has to be proven & any misdemeanour dealt with in draconian methods
