This is from the window of my hotel in Simonstown, near Cape Town. Just been out for a gentle leg loosener (hot and quite windy) after finishing work and will be out for a longer ride at dawn tomorrow then up at 06:00 on Sunday to ride the Cape Argus race, 68 miles around the Cape in stunning scenery. Then pack up the bike and jump on a 'plane back home.
