WANTED Road wheels

I'm looking for some strong but inexpensive wheels to fit onto my first self-build Audax/light tourer. Really need 36 spoke (or perhaps 32) as they've got to carry 110Kg+

They need to be able to take Schwalbe Marathon Plus 700x28c (or perhaps a 700x32c)

Will be fitted with Shimano 9 speed cassette so need to be able to take a Shimano compatible freehub.
