Wanted: Steel hybrid/MTB w'out shocks suitable for baby seat

Hi

I need a 54/56 bike that I can put a babyseat onto. Hybrid preferred, sort of Raleigh Pioneer type thing, if that rings any bells. I'm 5'10". Can anyone help? Preferably in reasonable nick as I don't need any more projects, but can refurb/maintain it if necessary.

Steel cos I'm old fashioned like that. Can't be making bikes out of alurillium or carbon, t'ain't right or nacheral.
