Was that you in Rhyl/Prestatyn?

Saw a cyclist this evening at 9.30 going through Rhyl. I very nearly SMIDSY'd him at a junction because I see very few cyclist around at night.
I was behind him a little bit until I decided to leave him behind (which didnt work). He eventually overtook me and commented on me trying to leave him behind (or something along those lines). We then went our seperate ways at a junction.

The reason I suspect he is on here is that a) He was very visible (lights on wheels, hi'viz top, etc) b) He was keeping up with me (I overtook him at 20 and slowed to 17) and c) He was a friendly enough chap and was going in the direction of Gronant where someone on here lives. He did however have a few panniers on the back and a backpack on so I suspect he was coming from Llandudno area and heading towards Chester (bit late to do that though).

If we had been caught up at some lights, I would have asked him if he was on here but unfortunately the opportunity didnt arise.

Well I am sure there is someone else on here who lives in the area. I recall them being a newbie a long time ago and havent heard from them since. There are probably a few members on here who joined then didnt use this facility.

Doesnt matter, if I see him again I might advise him to join.

Same here fossy, Normally go from Pensarn to Prestatyn or Rhos on Sea along the coastal path.
