Watch out where you practise...

Across the road from my house are various institutions for people with mental health problems. One is a day-care centre and it's closed at the weekend. I have been using their large empty car-park to practise trackstands.

Today, to my surprise, someone came out to find out what I was up to. After a few moments she asked me if I was, in fact, a patient! ...I suppose it did look a bit odd cycling round and round in very small circles.

I can understand that, after all you ride a bike that is enough for many people to decide you should be locked up.
