Well it's pi$$ing it down in sunny lancaster and I'm thinking of waterproofs.

I've had waterproof over trousers before, which fit fine until I'm in the saddle, then the bottom of the leg is halfway up my calf. This can be rectified with gators, but they're a parp.

does anybody make waterproof pants which have a long leg when in the saddle?

I'm 6'5" & I find the Aldi ones are quite good for length, although I've only worn them a fw times & now prefer to get wet unless its cold too

im 6'2 and use Cragghopper kiwis, seem a good length, wouldnt want to use them on a long ride though, keep me warm and relitively dry on the commute though.

I read the title as " waterproof oven trousers". I thought "That'll be handy if you drop the casserole dish."
I'll give Specsavers a ring

Holy thread resurrection!

I'm still looking for some decent over trousers, but much as I'd like to, i just cant afford the altura night vision ones.

current budget is around £20.

I'm more interested in them being more waterproof than breathable, and available with a long (33-34") inside leg.

any ideas?

I got a set from KIT the police equipment supplier, that fit my 34.5" inside leg ok. They're breathable and all that but unless it's positively hammering it I think I prefer the rain to the sweat.
