Got some in Aldi yesterday. Very warm and outstanding value at £4.99. Waterproof, wind proof, breathable (not quite breathable enough for my liking tho'). Their website just shows ski gloves, but the store I went in had cycling ones as well. Worth getting for those really cold rides.

.....anything completely waterproof will be a little sweaty at that price and at any price really.

I've got some Specialized sub-zero gloves that are very warm and waterproof but your hands sweat like hell in them even at 2 degrees C.

I've also got some sealskinz windproof gloves (£20) which are pretty good but also get sweaty if it's not really cold. They also seem to be pretty waterproof even though they don't claim to be!

Altura Night Vision claim to be waterproof. On the first day of wearing mine in torrential driving rain water started to seep in after ten miles. Once wet, they took a while to dry out. I'm hoping they will go a bit further in more gentle rain.
The thing that I do like about them is the separate liner and outer glove.
