film producer who had just six hours to get some vital funding documents from Watford in Hertfordshire to Norwich reinforced his green credentials by getting them couriered by bike, with the rider apparently covering the route, said to be125 miles, with half an hour to spare.

Mmmm, that's a lot of miles at a v quick pace. I'd have thought most couriers would jump on a train/coach to save their legs.

One day I want to Cycle from Norwich to Woking (or other way). That's about 150 miles. Certainly won't be done in 5 hours.

I've even semi planned a route...it goes through London past Kebab Kid (the best kebab shop - ever!). Get myself a lovely lamb kebab (fresh lamb, no friday night special type crap)

Not sure when this one day will actually be though.

Am well up for this! And Woking is just down the road to me too... Thomas, let do it! Could even take it on to Great Yarmouth after a pic at my beloved Carrow Road to make it a "to the coast" type ride???
